Brilliant Service
Found the number via Facebook so thought we would check them out and sent a message. Mark replied straight away and was available for when we needed him. As it was still unsure if we could travel Mark advised there was no cancellation fee so we booked. It was really easy to book and Mark was great at communicating with us. Mark checked in the day of travel and all was confirmed and ready to rock. Nice updates on landing confirming where to meet him. Mark was really friendly and the bus was immaculate so felt very safe. 2 days before leaving Mark checked in with us and even when we changed collection time it was no problem. Spot on service and couldn't recommend him more. We have already booked for October and some of our friends have too. Great team great service cheers Mark

You Won’t Be Disapointed
We booked benibus for our transfer to Benidorm and on our arrival at alicante Airport the driver was waiting for us as instructed at the bus parking area. He loaded all our luggage whilst we got the first bit of the sun of our holiday☀. We had a great transfer and professional service door to door and Mark the driver was great at recommending places and knew his way around which put us at ease through whole process. Hassel Free Transport For Families!
I was worried about getting our group to and from Benidorm with little ones and all their equipment. I am so grateful we found Benibus! It was completely hassle free and we were taken straight to our hotel, and picked up there, too. No dragging our cases (and toddlers!) to a local pickup/drop off site.
Our driver knew the area well and gave us some great tips and suggestions on kid-friendly places.
Can't recommend them enough!
