BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all passengers when booking with BeniBus.com;
When booking with us you accept to be bound by these terms. Spanish Law governs these terms and conditions, and as such any dispute between you and BeniBus.com will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish Courts system.

Payment
Full payment can be made at the time of booking if preferred, by bank transfer or PayPal, otherwise payment in cash on the day of arrival will be required. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail address or phone number given on the booking form.
Amendments and Cancellations
Amendments or cancellations must be sent to office@benibus.com with the title in your email stating ‘Booking cancellation’, or ‘Booking amendment’.
AMENMENTS
Amendments received up to 7 days before arrival: NO CHARGE
Amendments received within 5 days of arrival: €10 per booking
CANCELLATIONS;
up to 7 days before arrival €30 per booking
up to 3 days before arrival 30% of booking value
up to 24 hours before arrival 50% of booking value
up to 12 hours before arrival 100% of booking value.
Flight Delays
As long as you have given correct and complete flight information on your booking, no extra charge will be levied for flight delays. We monitor all flights and make sure your vehicle and driver remains available to complete your transfer.
Our Vehicles
Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted in our vehicles. BeniBus.com and its’ drivers reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour may pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.
Force Majeure
In the event of your transfers needing to be cancelled or are delayed due to force majeure such as, but not limited to: civil war, acts of God, bad weather, unusual traffic delays, or other measures out of our control, BeniBus.com will not be able to refund any monies paid. You will be offered the opportunity to change your travel dates at no charge, or alternatively we will issue you with a cancellation invoice for the amount paid that you can present to your travel insurance company.
Insurance
Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required by Spanish law. Whilst every care is taken, customer’s luggage and property is carried at their own risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.
